Liability Waiver (Electronic Acceptance)

I hereby acknowledge and affirm my agreement to the stipulated terms and conditions in consideration of being granted permission to partake in the [Experience] (“Event”) hosted by The Villa Gemella Art House and Gallery.

1. Assumption of Risk: I comprehend that participating in the Event carries inherent risks, encompassing but not limited to the potential for personal injury, property damage, or other forms of loss. I willingly accept all associated risks connected with my involvement in the Event.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Villa Gemella Art House and Gallery, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or economic loss, that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the Event.

3. Indemnification: I commit to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising out of or related to my participation in the Event.

4. Medical Treatment: In the event of any injury or medical condition arising during the Event, I authorize the Released Parties to administer or arrange for any necessary medical treatment.

5. Photography and Publicity: I grant consent for the use of any photographs, videotapes, or other media recordings taken during the Event for promotional purposes by The Villa Gemella Art House and Gallery.

6. Compliance with Rules and Instructions: I agree to adhere to all rules, instructions, and guidelines provided by The Villa Gemella Art House & Gallery and its instructors during the Event.

7. Governing Law: This Liability Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

8. Severability: If any provision of this Liability Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By providing electronic consent, I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read and comprehended this Liability Waiver and willingly agree to its terms and conditions.
